A quick note up front: this is a true dry cabin. There's no indoor plumbing and no shower. You'll have an indoor porta potty and a composting outhouse, and water for washing dishes is supplied by jug. The cabin sits on thirteen private, wooded acres with a view of the lake, just three miles from all the action at Holiday Valley and the restaurants and nightlife of the village of Ellicottville. It's peaceful and surrounded by nature, but never far from the fun, whether that's a day on the slopes in winter or exploring the trails in summer.
At 350 square feet, the cabin is cozy and well equipped. The kitchen has an induction stove, a fridge and freezer, a convection microwave, and a sink for washing dishes. A wood burning stove and an oil filled space heater keep things warm on cold nights, and electricity and Starlink internet are both available throughout your stay. Inside you'll find a TV with a DVD collection and board games for evenings in.
Outside, a large fire pit with a cooking grate is the heart of the space, perfect for grilling, roasting marshmallows, or just enjoying the quiet of the woods after a day of adventure.
